Work You Choose
Consultants pick the assignments that fit their expertise and availability. There is no minimum commitment and no obligation to take a project you are not confident in.

Scoping Handled For You
We handle the client conversation, the written analysis plan, the quote and the contract. You receive a defined brief with agreed deliverables and a timeline.

Paid Properly
Rates are agreed before a project starts and paid on delivery. Charging properly is what lets us pay African analysts competitively rather than treating this as volunteer work.

A Second Pair of Eyes
Every project has a reviewing consultant as well as a lead analyst. You are not making difficult methodological calls alone, and neither is anyone else.

Remote, Across the Continent
Our consultants work from several African countries. Everything is remote, asynchronous where possible, and scheduled around your existing commitments.

Your Name on the Work
Where a contribution meets ICMJE authorship criteria, authorship is agreed in writing at the start of the project rather than negotiated at submission.
